Job Summary
Physical Therapist position in a multi-clinic outpatient system seeking an experienced clinician to develop and implement PT programs, coordinate care across an interdisciplinary team, supervise PT assistants and rehab staff, evaluate patients, design and modify rehabilitation plans, educate patients and families, maintain safety and HIPAA/compliance, and contribute to a mentorship program for new grads. Requires PT license, CPR, and competency in evaluation, care planning, and treatment; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to manage varied activities and patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapy license
- Current CPR certification
- Competency in PT evaluation, assessment, care planning and treatment
