Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist needed to develop and implement outpatient PT programs to restore function and improve movement. Coordinate care across an interdisciplinary team, supervise assistants and rehab staff, re-evaluate patient status, and modify treatment plans. Requires evaluating patients, educating patients and families, maintaining patient confidentiality and safety, complying with Medicare and quality initiatives, and delivering evidence-based rehabilitation through therapeutic procedures, exercise, and equipment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, plus attention to detail and patient-centered care. Must be a graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program with an active PT license and CPR certification; able to work in a clinic setting with physical demands such as lifting and manual therapy as needed.
