Physical Therapist

Meet with patients to collect medical history, evaluate current physical ability, and develop rehabilitative treatment programs aimed at maximizing function or reducing pain. Utilize therapeutic procedures, exercise, or equipment to restore movement, strength, or flexibility, while periodically re-evaluating patient status and modifying care plans as needed. Coordinate care across an interdisciplinary team of providers and oversee physical therapy assistants, rehab aides, trainers, or other allied health professionals. Educate patients and families about recovery expectations throughout the process. Maintain patient confidentiality, safety, and compliance with Medicare and quality initiatives while enforcing standards to ensure a secure work environment.
