Job Summary
Provide PT assigned services to patients in the home setting in accordance with Physician plan of care and under the supervision of a licensed PT. Participate in communication and case conference activities to promote maximum continuity and quality of patient care services. Exhibit sound judgement and technical skills necessary to perform assigned treatment and procedure according to established agency protocols while maintaining compliance with the Agency Code of Ethics, state practice acts, and payer requirements. Practice safety, environmental, and infection control measures and perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor. Full Time, Part Time, and PRN availability in Lake Ozark, MO with pay ranging from $85,000 to $100,000.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of MO
