Assess patient physical conditions and medical history to develop customized treatment plans. Implement exercises, stretches, and therapeutic techniques to improve mobility and strength while providing pain management through manual therapy, electrical stimulation, or heat/cold methods. Educate patients on posture, movement, and home care exercises, then monitor progress to adjust plans and guide rehabilitation journeys. Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists for comprehensive care. Stay current with latest techniques and advances in physical therapy. This CCRC offers SNF and AL/IL services across over 200 units on the same campus, with weekend rotations included in the schedule.
