Conduct home health physical therapy visits in Southborough/Metrowest for VNA Care, requiring a valid MA PT license and prior Home Health and Oasis E experience. Schedule appointments between 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri and/or 8a-6:30p Sat-Sun, with a recommended 24-hour weekly schedule during training. You must demonstrate willingness to travel within your assigned territory. Daily rates start at $480, varying based on visit volume and type.
