Physical Therapist - Per Visit

Develop a patient-centered plan of care with input from patients and families, addressing safety, educational, and developmental needs. Interpret clinical data to set and revise goals while explaining treatment techniques and outcomes to patients or families. Recommend therapeutic procedures and modalities, address home exercise programs, and maintain an adequate caseload adhering to productivity standards. Comply with professional documentation standards and communicate regularly with supervisors, team members, and referring physicians. Complete required continuing education and present educational programs to staff.
