Physical Therapist - Per Visit

Administer Physical Therapy services under medical prescription while developing individualized plans of care that address patient safety, educational, and developmental needs. Interpret clinical data to set and revise goals, explain treatment techniques to patients and families, and recommend appropriate therapeutic modalities. Maintain an adequate caseload, address home exercise programs, and comply with professional documentation standards. Communicate regularly with supervisors, team members, and referring physicians. Complete required continuing education and present educational programs to staff. Requires a Connecticut Physical Therapy license, 3-5 years clinical experience, and flexibility with a per-visit schedule.
