Physical Therapist - Per Visit

Develop a patient-centered plan of care incorporating safety, educational, and developmental needs while administering physical therapy services under medical prescription. Interpret clinical data to set and revise goals, explain treatment techniques to patients and families, and address home exercise programs. Maintain an adequate caseload adhering to productivity standards, comply with documentation requirements, and communicate regularly with supervisors, team members, and referring physicians. Provide clinical oversight for PTAs and recommend therapeutic modalities. Requires a Connecticut license, 3-5 years experience, and flexibility with per-visit scheduling.
