Physical Therapist - Per Visit

Interpret clinical data to set and revise goals while explaining treatment techniques and outcomes to patients and families. Recommend therapeutic procedures and modalities, address home exercise programs, and maintain an adequate caseload adhering to productivity standards. Comply with professional documentation standards and communicate regularly with supervisors, team members, and referring physicians. Complete required continuing education seminars and present educational programs to staff.
