Physical Therapist - Per Visit

Develop a plan of care for each patient incorporating safety, educational, and developmental needs while interpreting assessment data to set and revise goals. Administer physical therapy services under medical prescription, recommend therapeutic procedures and modalities, and address home exercise programs. Maintain an adequate caseload adhering to departmental productivity standards and comply with professional documentation requirements. Communicate regularly with the rehabilitation supervisor, team members, and referring physicians. Complete continuing education seminars and present educational programs to staff. Requires a Connecticut Physical Therapy license, 3-5 years clinical experience, and flexibility with scheduling.
