Physical Therapist - Per Visit

Develop a plan of care for each patient incorporating their safety, educational, and developmental needs while interpreting assessment data to set and revise goals. Administer therapeutic procedures and modalities, address home exercise programs, and explain treatment outcomes to patients and families. Comply with professional documentation standards and maintain an adequate caseload adhering to departmental productivity metrics. Communicate regularly with the Rehabilitation Supervisor, team members, and referring physicians. Complete continuing education seminars and present educational programs to staff or medical professionals.
