Physical Therapist - Per Visit

Develop a plan of care for each patient incorporating safety, educational, and developmental needs while interpreting assessment data to set and revise goals. Administer physical therapy services under medical prescription, recommending therapeutic procedures and modalities, and address home exercise programs with every patient. Provide clinical oversight of PTAs, maintain an adequate caseload adhering to productivity standards, and comply with professional documentation requirements. Communicate regularly with supervisors, team members, and referring physicians to coordinate patient care. Complete continuing education seminars as required by licensure and present educational programs to staff.
