Physical Therapist - Per Visit

Administer physical therapy services under medical prescription while developing individualized plans of care that address patient safety, education, and developmental needs. Interpret clinical data to set and revise goals, recommend therapeutic modalities, and address home exercise programs for each patient. Maintain an adequate caseload adhering to productivity standards, comply with documentation standards, and communicate regularly with supervisors, team members, and referring physicians. Complete continuing education seminars and present educational programs to staff as required by licensure.
