Provide Per Diem coverage for the rehabilitation department, maintaining accurate records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or PT)
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Vermont
