Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist needed for Per Diem/Part-time at Ivy Rehab in outpatient orthopedic therapy. Create individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic exercise and manual therapy; track and celebrate progress; coach, educate, and motivate patients; collaborate with a supportive team. Flexible schedules with weekday/evening/weekend shifts; mentorship, growth opportunities, and potential path toward leadership or ownership tracks; internal travel program available. Includes competitive hourly pay ($50–$60/hour) with potential bonuses and relocation assistance for eligible opportunities. Must be a graduate of an accredited PT program with current or pending PT licensure in the respective state.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending PT licensure in the respective state
- Eligible for PT licensure in Virginia (or existing licensure)
- Demonstrates commitment to patient care and outcomes
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans
- Experience or willingness to participate in mentorship programs
- Interest in professional growth and residency/clinical career development
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Desire to work in outpatient orthopedic/orthopedic therapy settings
