Physical Therapist Per Diem

Provide physical therapy services per patient needs as prescribed, including evaluation, diagnosis, planning and delivering treatments that meet medical necessity. Exercises independent clinical judgment and prepares documentation to support all aspects of patient care. Act as a member of the interdisciplinary team; communicate in English; possess standard office and computer skills (MS Windows, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, email). Proficient keyboarding and use of standard office equipment. Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to Palomar Health policies, procedures, laws, and the organization’s mission and quality commitments.
