Physical Therapist - Per Diem

Evaluate patient conditions based on physician diagnosis and establish individualized physical therapy plans of care with measurable goals. Implement treatment using evidence-based techniques including therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, functional mobility training, and modalities to restore function and prevent disability. Provide reassessment when indicated and modify plans accordingly while communicating progress to supervisors, physicians, and team members. Deliver cost-effective care adhering to departmental billing guidelines and complete all documentation per regulatory requirements. This per diem onsite role supports patients across Lehigh Valley Health Network facilities, including Cedar Crest, Muhlenberg, Hazleton, and Pocono locations.
