Job Summary
The Physical Therapist is accountable for the evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning of patients referred for services, contributing to their rehabilitation and recovery. Ensures therapy evaluations and treatment plans are effectively executed in diverse care settings. Responsible for educational participation and documentation of patient health progress, alongside coordinating treatment plans with healthcare professionals. Requires a Doctoral Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program and a valid PA state license, along with up to 2 years of clinical practice.

- Valid PA state license in Physical Therapy
