Job Summary
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, treating, and planning discharge for all referred patients. Key responsibilities include conducting therapy evaluations, developing treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, and documenting patients' health progress. The role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and treatment plans. Candidates must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a valid state license, with 0-2 years of experience preferred. BLS and CPR certification are also necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Valid state license in Physical Therapy
- BLS, CPR certification required via AHA
