Physical Therapist Per Diem

Conduct initial evaluations, administer tests, and synthesize results to formulate diagnoses, goals, and treatment plans for patient caseloads. Execute musculoskeletal interventions including therapeutic exercises, joint mobilization, and modalities while providing functional training for ADLs, transfers, and community reintegration. Collect and record patient care data in Prompt EMR, manage daily billing, and initiate discharge plans following department guidelines. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to modify care plans and refer patients as needed. Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate respectful interactions throughout the per diem schedule.
