Physical Therapist - Per Diem - ESCS

Provide occupational therapy services to infants, toddlers, preschool, and school-age children for an assigned caseload, conducting assessments and evaluations in compliance with IEP documents. Participate in meetings with education staff and the multidisciplinary team to discuss mandated services and progress updates. Work effectively with parents and teaching staff to develop and monitor IEP services while maintaining accurate record keeping and goal tracking documentation. Use accurate assessment skills to perform functional evaluations reflecting evidence-based practices and communicate results in written and verbal formats. Provide input into the fabrication of assistive technology, adaptive equipment, and orthotic appliance needs. May serve as a clinical instructor for OT students and actively participate in professional development plans. Perform other tasks to support school operations as assigned by administration.
