Job Summary
Conduct initial and re-evaluation physical therapy services for pediatric patients aged 0-21, delivering treatment to 10–12 patients daily. Develop and review patient care plans with the Physiatrist while supervising student interns. Provide patient education through verbal explanation, visual demonstration, or written documentation. Complete daily therapy notations, progress reports, and rehabilitation rounds, and participate in clinical quality assurance initiatives. Comply with ESCR, Inc. policies regarding safety, infection control, and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree and/or Master's/or Doctorate in PT
- NYS License as a registered Physical Therapist (PT)
- Must maintain license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in clinical pediatric environment
