Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans while focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines to provide comfort and companionship. Deliver therapeutic interventions for older adults across multiple diagnostic groups, including urinary incontinence, vestibular rehab, home safety assessment, and movement disorders. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements within the interdisciplinary clinical team at Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
