Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship. Deliver holistic clinical support addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs across specialty programs like urinary incontinence and vestibular rehab. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements for all clients within the Brooksby Village campus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements
