Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship. Deliver holistic clinical support addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs for older adults across multiple diagnostic groups. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements within an interdisciplinary team environment. Work onsite at Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, Massachusetts, with no travel required. Hourly pay ranges from $39.00 to $55.00 commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
