Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans while focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines to provide comfort and companionship. Deliver therapeutic interventions across multiple diagnostic groups, including urinary incontinence, vestibular rehab, home safety assessment, and movement disorders. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements within the Erickson Senior Living network. Work onsite at Brooksby Village in Peabody, Massachusetts, with no travel needed for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
