Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans within Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements, utilizing a holistic approach that supports physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Work with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address resident needs across specialty programs including urinary incontinence, vestibular rehab, and home safety assessment. No travel required as all clients reside on campus. Hourly pay range of $39.00 to $55.00 commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups
