Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans while focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines to provide comfort and companionship. Deliver therapeutic interventions within a holistic approach that addresses physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs for older adults across multiple diagnostic groups. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements while collaborating with the interdisciplinary clinical team. Work onsite at Brooksby Village, a 90-acre continuing care retirement community in Peabody, Massachusetts, with no travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
