Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship. Conduct therapeutic interventions for older adults across multiple diagnostic groups, including urinary incontinence, vestibular rehab, and movement disorders. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements. Work onsite at Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, Massachusetts, with no travel required for clients living within the community. Hourly pay range of $39.00 to $55.00 commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
