Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans across multiple diagnostic groups, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements. Work within an interdisciplinary clinical team to address physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs for older adults at Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living. No travel required as all clients reside on the 90-acre campus. Hourly pay ranges from $39.00 to $55.00, commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
