Physical Therapist (Per Diem, Day Shift)

Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate clinical techniques. Supervise assigned assistants and ensure comprehensive clinical documentation is completed within established deadlines. Maintain Physical Therapy licensure and CPR/BLS certification. This per diem, day shift role is located in a tight-knit community in Kings County, Adventist Health Hanford, a faith-based nonprofit serving the Central Valley since 1965.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
