Job Summary
Conduct patient evaluations, administer therapeutic exercises and modalities, and formulate treatment plans for a per diem caseload. Collect and record care data in the Prompt EMR, manage daily billing, and execute discharge plans while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Provide functional training for activities of daily living and educate patients on community reintegration. Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate respectful interactions with colleagues and support systems. Requires a licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, valid CPR, and state-licensed CEUs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in
- Completed state regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR License
