Job Summary
Conduct daily patient evaluations, administer therapeutic exercises, and formulate treatment plans for a per diem caseload. Execute musculoskeletal interventions including joint mobilization and modalities while providing functional training for transfers and community reintegration. Collect and record patient care data in Prompt EMR, manage daily billing, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams regarding discharge plans. Maintain patient confidentiality, demonstrate respectful interactions, and attend annual billing seminars. Requires a licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, valid CPR, and experience with EMR software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in
- Completed state regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR License
