Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess physical status, ROM, strength, posture, ambulation, balance, and ADLs; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; maintain records and reports; supervise PT staff and students; contribute to program development and education; participate in outreach and adhere to ethics and state practice act. Located at STAR Performance clinic in Nashville, TN with in-person work.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of employment
- Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current state licensure
- CPR certification
- Ability to work autonomously
- New or recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and MS Office
