Job Summary
Staff Physical Therapist in Rehab Services with a pelvic-health focus. Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities and procedures as prescribed to restore function and prevent disability. Supervises PTA’s, aides, and volunteers; coordinates with physicians, nurses, social workers; schedules treatments; maintains HIPAA compliance; participates in continuing education and program development; supports department operations and patient care across orthopedic and spine-related therapy initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Currently licensed to practice in Minnesota, as certified by Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
