Job Summary
Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, PRN (1-2 Days/Week) provides specialized evaluation and treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction including incontinence, pelvic pain, and pre/postpartum conditions. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations of the pelvic floor, hips, spine, and abdomen; developing individualized treatment plans; administering modalities and therapeutic exercise; patient and family instruction on home exercise programs and equipment; documentation and coordination with physicians, PTAs, and other disciplines; participation in discharge planning; ongoing professional development; and support for departmental policies and quality improvement. Requires Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois with specialized pelvic floor PT experience. Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills; ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team. Location: Hopedale, IL, USA; compensation: $45-$55/hour (PRN).
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Illinois
- Specialized training or significant experience in pelvic floor physical therapy
- Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills specific to pelvic health
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
