Physical Therapist (Pelvic Health) Outpatient - Casual

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients to establish goals and plans of care, then perform therapy interventions using standard and specialized techniques. Complete documentation to comply with departmental, hospital, and regulatory standards while participating in departmental initiatives for operational improvement. Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to address injuries or diseases resulting in loss of physical or functional abilities. Perform other duties as assigned or required.
