Job Summary
Conduct 1:1 pelvic floor physical therapy evaluations and follow-ups with patients recovering from injury or managing long-term conditions. Perform 60-minute initial assessments and 30-minute follow-ups without double booking, utilizing WebPT EMR and AI documentation support. Collaborate with on-site PTAs and aides to improve clinic culture while treating patients in an outpatient setting. The role offers flexible day shifts Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., with opportunities for employer-supported certification in pelvic floor and lymphedema therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active California PT license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedics
- Comfort treating 1:1 caseload with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups
- No double booking
- Ability to work collaboratively in a clinic with PTA and aide support
- Contribute to improving clinic culture
- Open to new graduates
- Familiarity with or willingness to use WebPT EMR
- Willingness to use AI documentation support
