Physical Therapist (Pelvic Floor) - Full Time

Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one pelvic floor therapy evaluations and follow-ups with patients recovering from injuries or managing long-term conditions. Provide care in outpatient orthopedics settings, with portions of the caseload addressing TMJ and vestibular conditions. Collaborate with physical therapist assistants and aides to deliver 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups without double-booking. Work scheduled day shifts Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm, with flexible scheduling options including 5x8 or 4x10 rotations. The employer supports specialty certifications in pelvic floor, lymphatic, or other areas and provides AI documentation support via WebPT EMR. Candidates must hold an active California PT license and a degree from an accredited APTA program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active California PT license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience or interest in pelvic floor therapy
- Comfort working in outpatient orthopedics with portions of caseload that may include TMJ and vestibular conditions
- Ability to work scheduled shift: Days. Clinic hours Mon–Fri 7am–7pm with flexible scheduling (5x8 or 4x10)
- Willingness to provide one-on-one care with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups. No double-booking
- Comfort collaborating with PTA and aide support
- Candidates who can relocate
