Job Summary
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients to improve mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and progress reports. Educate families on treatment strategies and home exercise programs, and participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapy License
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (if grandfathered through accreditation standards)
- Pediatric Physical Therapy experience
