Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy assessments and treatments for cardiac, orthopedic, neurologic, vascular, pulmonary, and medical-surgical patients. Educate patients and family members on care plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care and facilitate transition planning. Requires a B.S. or Master's in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred), NYS license, and BLS certification within 60 days of hire. 1-2 years of experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- NYS Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- BLS certification within 60 days of hire
