Physical Therapist-PD

Evaluate and treat physician-referred patients by organizing and conducting physical therapy programs. Interview patients to assess physical dysfunction or disability, then plan and implement specific treatment programs according to departmental standards and physician orders. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team while accurately documenting interventions in the EPIC electronic medical record system. Provide treatment interventions appropriate to the ages of patients served, observing specially indicated precautions and recognizing treatment limitations based on experience and training. Requires a New York State PT license, BLS certification, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
