Job Summary
Evaluation and treatment of patients primarily in the Rehab hospital and LTAC hospital with daily EMR documentation; education of patients, families and staff; communication of patient progress in clinical conference; equipment orders and vendor communication; CI/mentor for interns and participation in interdisciplinary team; performs initial and discharge evaluations and develops treatment plans to meet functional goals; role requires at least 1 year of rehab experience and licensure in GA; position located in Manchester, NH.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- GA PT license or eligible
- BLS
