Job Summary
Evaluation and treatment of patients in Rehab and LTAC settings; initial and discharge evaluations, treatment planning, documentation in EMR, patient/family education, interdisciplinary team collaboration, supervision/mentoring of interns, and participation in skills checks; requires Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy preferred but Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required; minimum 1 year Rehab/LTACH/Acute experience preferred; must hold GA PT license or be eligible; basic computer literacy.
