Physical Therapist - (Part-time)

Physical Therapist needed for part-time role at Wellstar in Warm Springs, GA. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, achieving functional goals, delivering education to patients and families, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, mentoring interns, and participating in hospital and discipline-specific skills checks. Requires completing initial and discharge evaluations, documenting in EMR, and communicating patient progress during clinical conferences. Minimum education is a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy with GA licensure or eligibility; Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy preferred. Minimum experience: 1 year in rehab settings (SNF, LTACH, Acute). Must have BLS and basic computer literacy.
