Job Summary
Part-time Physical Therapist at Wellstar Spalding Out-Patient Rehab Center. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, organizing and implementing physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity in patients; collaborate with physicians for program plans; educate patients and families; provide discharge instructions and referrals; document evaluations and plans of care; uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and infection prevention; participate in meetings and mandatory trainings; maintain licensure and perform duties in a cost-conscious, quality-focused manner.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate Physical Therapy or Masters Physical Therapy or Bachelors Physical Therapy
- PT - Physical Therapist
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Effective communication skills, customer service focused, team oriented, and basic computer skills
