Physical Therapist - (Part-time)

Evaluate and treat patients primarily in the Rehab and LTAC hospitals, performing initial and discharge evaluations to set goals and treatment plans. Document daily activities in the EMR, prepare equipment orders, and contact vendors as needed. Provide patient, family, and staff education as appropriate while communicating progress in clinical conferences and with outside physicians. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, hospital and discipline-specific skills checks, and serve as a CI/mentor for interns. Maintain BLS certification and hold a GA PT license or eligibility.
