Physical Therapist - Part-Time

Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results, reviewing physician referrals and medical records to determine required physical therapy treatment. Provide direct patient care by established protocols, document findings and progress, and complete written plans of care with goals. Implement treatment programs and communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies. Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians, ensuring timely documentation including daily notes, workers' compensation reports, and discharge summaries.
