Physical Therapist Part-time or PRN

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop personalized care plans based on clinical findings and resident goals. Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercises, gait training, and balance activities to improve mobility and reduce pain. Monitor resident progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as necessary while collaborating with nursing, occupational therapy, and physicians. Educate families and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety measures. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and infection control protocols. Requires current Physical Therapist license, accredited program graduation, and CPR certification. Preferred experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings. Located at Pinewood Nursing Center in Whigham, Georgia.
